What is the cost of the PocketBloom service?

It’s a monthly subscription of $1.

How can I withdraw dollars from my account?

Email us at hello@pocketbloom.com with the subject “Withdrawal Request” and the withdrawal will be processed in 1-3 business days. We use Google Pay for this, so just follow these instructions on how to receive the withdrawal.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Email us at hello@pocketbloom.com with the subject “Cancel My Subscription” and we’ll close your account for you. Please note it will take 1-3 days to process any remaining funds in your account. Once we cancel your subscription you can come back whenever you want.

Does this service work worldwide?

No, right now the service only works in the US - but feel free to add your name and country to the waitlist, and we will let you know as soon we provide service in your country.

What does PocketBloom do to protect its users and their data?

We take security very seriously at PocketBloom and use the same industry-standard security solutions that are used by some of the largest US financial institutions. Any user data transmitted from the site is sent via encrypted Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) connections. All user data is encrypted, and stored securely at data centers managed by a leading cloud services provider. PocketBloom itself never sees your banking credentials, which are instead handled by Plaid, a trusted third-party provider of ACH authentication services. The majority of cryptocurrencies held on behalf of users is in cold storage using multi-signature technology and Security Level 3 or higher HSMs.
